“We stayed 4 nights with friends visiting from Belgium. Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The views were wonderful especially from the rooftop deck above the boathouse. In spite of the weather we had a great time. A few more kitchen towels were needed. The drains in both showers were very slow! It would be nice to have a dresser in each bedroom.”

“We stayed a week and loved everything about the Hosts and cabin. Very clean and very accommodating . If you forgot to bring it, Dawn probably already has is there for you. Water, snacks, coffee, storage bags, you name it. They check in to make sure everything is ok, even give you places to try fishing. They truly are the best hosts we have ever had. I highly recommend a stay at their cabin. Water access is just a few steps away. ”

“Lovely new cottage tucked away in a quiet bay. You will need to have a boat or rent one to get there. The bay is shallow so communicate with the owner first if you have a larger boat. The property was super clean and very welcoming. There is a marina 5 minutes from the cottage that you can rent a pontoon boat from and you are only a few minutes from town. Definitely a place we would go again. ”

“Wonderful cottage, with a spectacular view, located minutes from Cedar Pointe State Park and short drive to downtown Clayton. The cottage interior is incredibly clean, nicely decorated and remodeled with thoughtful amenities including onsite laundry and an exceptionally well stocked pantry for guests to use. The cottage includes access to the boathouse amenities and I enjoyed utilizing the kayaks and paddle boards available for guest use and even the outdoor grill was immaculate. Very……

“We very much enjoyed our stay in Kathy's cottage. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. The property is clean and nicely appointed. The furnishings were charming and we enjoyed the porch with the umbrella table. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils, dishes and pots.
