“Outstanding experience with owners and the property. We had originally reserved a smaller cabin but they had begun closing it up for the winter and generously gave us a larger space for same price. Cabin was very clean and came with everything needed for our four night fishing trip. We were very pleased with our stay and will be reserving next year too. “It was the perfect property and location for a quick 3-day getaway from the Twin Cities to clear the mind and relax. The house was the ideal size, isolated enough but close enough to Ely or Tower if we needed anything. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing, long weekend. “Very deceiving.... 100% would not recommend, I've stayed at better motel 6's then this. Hot tub did not work (and we were not notified), overall property was not maintained, trees around deck need to be trimmed, deck was dangerous, doors didn't lock, and windows were extremely inconvenient as you had to take the screens off in order to open the windows, which are needed in the summer when it's hot and there is no AC.”

“We rented this home the past weekend for an early Easter celebration. We had 7 adults and a 1 1/2 year old child that stayed at the house. My parents, who live 3 miles away, came to visit. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities. The host was very responsive. Very close to Giants Ridge. It was nice that they had a secure baby gate in the house but note, if you have young children the outside area was a little hard. That being said, it is early spring. Would definitely rent this……
