“What a lovely place for a family getaway! Located near the beautiful area surrounding lake vermilion. this lakeside cabin was the ideal spot for us to spend a long weekend with our two girls. We spent 3 days of hiking, visiting the international Wolf center, and just enjoying the small towns in the area. We had s'mores by the fire pit and enjoyed the gorgeous view from the deck of this lovely cabin. Our host responded immediately to any questions we had, and gave us tips on the area. I……

“Absolutely perfect stay! John and Lori were incredibly accommodating to our family during our stay at the cottage. They had an ice rink plowed, bonfire ready to light, and welcome basket in the kitchen. The cottage was so tidy and clean. There were tons of games and toys for our children to enjoy. We loved everything about our stay. It was amazing! ”

“We spent 4 nights and loved the location and entire experience. The cabin is just down the road from Wintergreen dog mushing and near White Iron Lake. There are beautiful trails to explore near the cabin and it's a short drive into downtown Ely. We enjoyed the thoughtful set up of the cabin and appreciated everything on one level.
