“The photos and description are completely misleading. Photos are several years old from a realtor's listing in 2022 and apparently no upkeep has taken place since then. A few rooms were tolerably clean but there is exposed rat poison beside pots and pans, clutter and debris, half used food in the fridge and cupboards, etc., etc. We've filed a 9 page complaint with VRBO including lots of pictures asking for a refund. ”

“We had the best time during our stay in oriental. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was very cozy and plenty of space for our family (4 adults 4 kids). The “secret closet with kids toys really made this place magical for our kiddos and was a lovely surprise. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, option to ride bikes and the proximity to the waterfront and coffee shop. We hope to return!”

“The real plus about my stay at this property was to play golf at nearby Harbour Point. A really good course at a very reasonable price. The only downside with the accomodation is that it is a little dated and everything is very dark coloured. The bathroom certainly needs updating.”

“The bed was the most comfortable we have had on this trip. It is a casper-type mattress with a memory foam mattress topper, which is like what we have at home. Nice and soft. “The only thing that really bothered me is we had 6 in our party and it says it sleeps 8, but only 2 of the beds had bedding. There were 2 more sets of sheets but no blankets and the fold out bed was not even sleepable for the kids it was so uncomfortable so 2 slept on the couch as it was. We had to go buy extra blankets for the other beds as they didnt come with them. I know we got a great rate and dishes wise it had everything we needed, but it could use minor updates.
