“This house was super clean and had a fantastic view of the Neuse. In the warmer months I can definitely see renting a boat for the stay and using the dock. A few things that I think would go a long way: a comfy couch in the living room to just look out at the river and watch TV. There wasn't a TV in the Master so there wasn't anywhere comfy to just chill and watch TV. The most bizarre comment is the house has a rock to it. We felt it the most in the main level master and bathroom. It was a……

Thoughtful touches throughout to help acclimate to surroundings. You can’t beat a house for quiet, no shared walls with anyone else. Occasional late night dog barking, it's a neighborhood. Property manager always responsive.”
