“Nice large rooms. Comfortable beds. Washer dryer nice, had to wedge dryer door to keep it shut. Very echoy and hard to hear tv and eachother, maybe something on walls for sound .Nice patio facing pond, more furniture to use out there and or lawn furniture to use for family. Wouldbe nice. Very friendly people managing this rental and community.”

“This house was super clean and had a fantastic view of the Neuse. In the warmer months I can definitely see renting a boat for the stay and using the dock. A few things that I think would go a long way: a comfy couch in the living room to just look out at the river and watch TV. There wasn't a TV in the Master so there wasn't anywhere comfy to just chill and watch TV. The most bizarre comment is the house has a rock to it. “This house is fantastic. Pleanty of room, spacious bedrooms - nice kitchen - abundant parking. Also, it is a bit out of town, which means lots of space and quiet. We stayed there in January and didn’t get to do much outdoors- but the dock is wonderful and we saw many ducks on the water. I would highly recommend this house and will rent it again next year. Owner very attentive and quick to reply to questions. ”

“Beautiful area, comfort home. Check in was a bit complicated because they close at 17:00. We had to call a number and ask for instructions. Pool was good, comfortable beds, a little far from downtown, but good for quietness and rest. ”
