“Loved our time here! Beautiful property, amazing beach and great staff and service. Definitely made our trip to Fiji!!! We are a family with kids aged 6 and 9, we spent 2 weeks here and we were never bored. Kids had a lot of fun activities and enjoyed their time at kids club (the staff there are pretty incredible). “The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible.”

“Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!”

“酒店入住時間是1500時，我1600時到check in還未準備好，需要等。入住房間很舒適，但厕所板有大條裂痕，好易使客人受傷。浴室嘅沖凉液及護髮素亦無refill。另外客房亦漏咗提供拖鞋。第二日到酒店食早餐，在櫃檯前之服務員並無帶領我們入座，自己揾位。不過我眼見前面及跟隨我後面嘅外國旅客則由佢親自帶領入座，使我覺得有被種族歧視的感覺。十分不悦！曾有幾名員工親口問我取煙吸，認真麻麻。”
