“酒店感覺優雅，房間內亦很整潔，酒店員工服務一般，乘電梯時遇上也沒有表情，有一件事可以提醒住客，房間mini bar內有2支同一牌子水，有一支酒店有個牌仔掛住please to offer，另一支水是沒有的，所以只有一支水是免費的！我最初以為2支也是免費，原來不是，有少許被人搵笨的感覺”

“Villa Florentine was nice but not as upscale as some of the other Relais & Chateau properties I have stayed at. The room service breakfast was not very good and overpriced. The layout of the suite was difficult with the bed upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly.”

“酒店位置算中心，晚上電單車很吵，酒店因為有些年份，所以有陣霉味，厠所排水系統有陣異味，淋浴排水有堵塞。前台有幾個職員不太友善，很冷，不客氣，但是有位亞洲面孔的女生，很熱情，還讓我們提早入住。酒店的法國餐廳非常好，我們住六天，連續吃了三天晚餐，非常值得。”

“We now stay here every time we visit Chamonix. This trip we stayed over in the farmhouse instead of the main hotel. Think it might be our new favorite. Beautiful views from the deck. The service here is outstanding as well. Conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk to the city center for restaurants and shops. Both restaurants on site here are 5 star! Love the bar as well. Highly recommend this place. ”
