“We had a fantastic suite overlooking the slopes. The room was of a good size and styled well. Breakfast was good and the bar area and selection of drinks was very good. It is a spa hotel and this lets it down slightly. The spa is very basic and a bit dingy. The pool was also cold. Could do with a refurb in my opinion and this really would be a fabulous hotel. The ski hire was also 3 times the cost of other shops located 2 minutes away. I queried this and was told “it’s a five star hotel” by……

“Staff are helpful and knowledgable. We approach them a lot of times during our stay. They always answer our enquiries patiently. The spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are definitely a highlight of this hotel.”
