“Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants……

“Staff are helpful and knowledgable. We approach them a lot of times during our stay. They always answer our enquiries patiently. The spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are definitely a highlight of this hotel.”

“Great base for a holiday”

“Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille, avec un bébé de 1 an, et globalement notre expérience a été positive. L’hôtel est bien adapté aux jeunes enfants : chaises hautes et lits parapluie sont disponibles. La situation est excellente, facile d’accès, avec un grand parking juste devant. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et les produits sont de qualité, même si tout n’est pas fait maison. Les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et bien équipées (mini-frigo, machine à café, bouilloire).
