“Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The duplex apartment was very clean and equipped to a very high standard. It had everything you would expect and more including t bags and coffee, fresh water, toiletries. The only thing to be aware of is the top floor apartment has small windows and sloping roof but I knew I was booking a top floor Paris apartment. Also the small lift only went to the 4th floor so you need to use the stairs for the last floor. This was disclosed when I booked. The……

“the hotel room is very small, with much of the space allocated to the bathroom, and we can hardly walk after the luggage boxes are placed in the room. The aircon is centralized controlled and was turned off during our stay. We were asked to open the windows if we want some air, but that was dangerous to do that in Paris. The room was so stuffy and we can't sleep well during all 5 days of stay. Not worth of money. ”

Reception clerks are nice and rooms are clean. The bathroom supplement and garbage bags were forgotten a few times. Overall its service and quality are satisfactory but I think it's more expensive than other hotels of same level. ”
