“Great location”

“This is a poorly managed hotel: we order for a 3-people bedroom and was told that it is the largest in the hotel. We expected the best, but it was far from it. Issues we encountered: • We were charged 190 Euro local tax, which is much higher than that indicated on the hotel.com booking confirmation. We challenged the hotel about it, and after much confrontation, we were finally given a refund on the extra charges. 1) The hotel room use a key instead of card. Worse still, the door needs to be……

“This is the HORRIBLE hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They don't qualify as five-star hotel, I think they are one start. I stayed four nights and paid more than US$600 a night, but it wasn't worth it. 1. The room is so small that water leaks into the windowsill after it rains, and the pillows and rooms smell awkward. Also the bed is to soft and uncomfortable, we need to sleep to another side to avoid headstand feeling. 1. I called the dry towel three times the next night and waited for……

“It was great. The bed was so comefortable. Room was big enough with 2 large suitcases opened. Staff were helpful. Thanks for the free upgrade as i had 2 separate bookings with different room category. This saved us from changing the rooms. Just a little comment on the sink drainage - the water drained slowly. I needed to wait every time when i wahsed my face. ”
