“Picked this hotel for its location, safe and convenient. I was upgraded upon arrival but due to certain reasons we decide to take the original booking room, but was told it was sold out. The staff (Caucasian with black hair) was very impatient with us and gave us attitude, whereas the other one was nicer… then next day we had some early shift staff and they were super friendly. ”

“The host is friendly and courteous. They have 24hours staff a day who can help if there is problem. Many attractions can be reached by walk. However, the rooms and elevators are relatively small, but it is a good choice for booking rooms for passengers with light luggage”

“Very good location, have lots of delicious restaurant nearby. You don’t need to worry abt the room key since they will keep it when u go out. And the main door will lock in mid night, so u don’t need to worry abt the security. Same as previous comment, the room is quite small and you will hear your neighbour walking, talking since the wall is thin. The only thing I dislike is their hair dryer. The hair dryer need to keep pressing the button, which make me feel so annoying everyday. And the wire……

“the hotel room is very small, with much of the space allocated to the bathroom, and we can hardly walk after the luggage boxes are placed in the room. The aircon is centralized controlled and was turned off during our stay. We were asked to open the windows if we want some air, but that was dangerous to do that in Paris. The room was so stuffy and we can't sleep well during all 5 days of stay. Not worth of money. ”
