“There was no water upon arrival and note on front door said no water on Monday during our stay as well. Dirty dishes and food in kitchen, garbage, and on floor. Soiled towels on floor and stains in bathroom facilities. Bed was not changed and there was food on the floor. After walking up several flights of stairs to seventh floor with luggage, it was disappointing. Called and messaged but no reply for several hours, even more disappointment. When replied, we were misinformed. ”

It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. “Check in/out process was great. Good location, property was as listed - clean and spacious with laundry. Be prepared to dry clothes on a rack as the combo washer/dryer has a hard time completely drying clothes. This unit is on the top floor, I believe 5 flights up a tight stairway, so if large luggage and/or out of shape, take note. Would stay again. ”

“Wonderful place to stay in Paris. Quite large by Paris standards. Steps from multiple restaurants and bars. Excellent communication with property manager Jean-Paul. Situated above two restaurants but noise level never a problem with windows closed in May. Summer may be different as I don’t think unit has AC just a heater. Would recommend and stay again, perhaps not in summer time though. ”

“Great location and very nice apartment. The check in/out procedure was easy and flawless and communication with the company was great. The apartment is a bit unusual with a long hallway with bathrooms and then a right turn with another long hallway with the bedrooms. All told the apartment makes 3/4 of a square.
