“There was no water upon arrival and note on front door said no water on Monday during our stay as well. Dirty dishes and food in kitchen, garbage, and on floor. Soiled towels on floor and stains in bathroom facilities. Bed was not changed and there was food on the floor. After walking up several flights of stairs to seventh floor with luggage, it was disappointing. Called and messaged but no reply for several hours, even more disappointment. Be prepared to dry clothes on a rack as the combo washer/dryer has a hard time completely drying clothes. “Wonderful place to stay in Paris. Quite large by Paris standards. Steps from multiple restaurants and bars. Excellent communication with property manager Jean-Paul. Situated above two restaurants but noise level never a problem with windows closed in May. Summer may be different as I don’t think unit has AC just a heater. Would recommend and stay again, perhaps not in summer time though. ”
