“The apartment was clean and as nice as advertised. We felt safe and very comfortable during our stay. The Metro on the corner was easy to use and convenient, but we felt the location for sightseeing was a bit far. We got around fine on the Metro but had to make several transfers to get to museums, etc. ”

The studio space is as expected - small but was ideal for what I needed. Kitchen had good ammenities and easy to use appliances. And overall it was clean and well kept. ”

“We chose this apartment style hotel based on its location and price compare to other places near Gare de Lyon. It however became my daughter’s favourite hotel during our whole journey. This place is very safe during the daytime since there is an elementary school close by. There is a Kebab restaurant next door is very good to eat, also a small Carrefour city store in sight to get essential supplies. “This place is lovely, cute, newly done and all the amenities. Our property manager was great and welcoming. Check in he met us out front after our train and went through the whole unit with us. The only thing was the building is still under renovations (I believe they are just finishing up) once the courtyard and other units are done this will be magnificent! I would definitely rent it next time I am in Paris once the construction is complete. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay in this attic apartment. Yes it is 5 flights up, but at 73, I had very little problem. It had a well done kitchen, the bath was fine, the view from the kitchen window really charming. The neighborhood- Le Marais was fab. We had trouble leaving it--so many wonderful museums, shops and restaurants. Our host's recommendations were always terrific. We would definitely recommend. Just try to anticipate your needs, and they will help. We wish we'd had a top sheet……

“We loved this property. It's a beautiful home but the best part is the location. It was only a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame/the Seine. And it's a 5 minute walk to a great subway station--the #1 gets you to most places. Comfortable bed in the bedroom. The living room includes 2 pull out sofas but they are not your regular uncomfortable pull out sofas--look at the picture closely. Our adult daughter stayed on one of those beds and the doors to the living room can close for privacy. We……
