“櫃台人員服務親切,旅館位置非常好,距離著名的拉法葉百貨非常近,購物方便，但也隨之引來了不少扒手,我們在櫃台辦理入住手續時,就有一些可疑女子同時進入, 櫃台人員非常有警覺先問她們要做什麼? 她們說要討份地圖後就閃人, 櫃台人員才對我們說抱歉因為要先處理不友善人士避免住客受害。這種注意安全的態度實在值得激賞。這間旅館對安全的態度值得推薦。”

“Great location with easy access to Metro and walking distance to L’Opéra, Place Vendôme , and Lafayette department store etc. clean and Spacious room for Paris city center standard. Friendly and helpful staff including front desk, and concierge who offers great advice. House keeping staff should pay more attention in details such as replacing amenities etc. would be nice to offer two bottles of water ( instead of one ) everyday for double occupancy. ”
