“We were greeted by friendly staff upon check-in. We were grateful that all the staff spoke English and they also helped us bring our bags up. Good to know info: There is no elevator in the building. There is a very narrow stairway to get into the building, and there are stairs to get to your room. “A very clean, safe, nice neighborhood, close to Metro Anatole France. The hotel is trendy and staff is polite, love the brand of hotel supplies they choose, all very luxurious. Bed is also very comfortable. Only shortcoming is can't open the window (or maybe we didn't figure out how to), and the showeroom door can't close properly, the shower drain was clogged too. Otherwise is all perfect. We had a pleasant stay, and will definitely come back.”

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"
