“如果不打算好好經營，不如把飯店賣了。環境問題：走廊及房間地毯多處污漬、天花板漏水痕跡未處理、彈簧床墊凹陷、空調損壞至導致連續更換三次房間、浴缸破損、房間有的附飲用水有的又沒附，房務人員做事超隨性，甚至只沙發上還有前房客留下的薯片及芝麻碎屑。房間髒到，一進門就全臉發癢。從未住過這麼糟糕的飯店，就算空間大也完全不值得 ”
