“When we arrived for the check in, the front desk staff requested us to do online check in even though we were here. The online check in is French even though I selected English. We showed it to front desk for the language error so eventually she is willing to help us check in. So the front desk is very unhelpful and made us waste a lot of time during check in. But the room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. ”

“This is a economic choice like its name "budget" said so nothing big to complain. However, some issues are still to be improved: 1. The elevator door won't close until it kept open/close for 10+ times. 2. The chair in the room is not so comfortable to sit. 3. There is no hair dryer (this might be normal though) Nevertheless, this hotel is located in a location with convenient shop and restaurant and close to the river with beautiful scenery. ”

“Near metro (Line 1-Esplanade de La Défense) with nice view (Eiffel Tower & River Seine). Breakfast is above average and the staffs refill the food fast. But the air con in the room was keeping in high temperatures that we needed to use a fan to cool down ourselves every night. It seems very dusty in the room so we feel allergies when going in. There is only one bottle of water provided per stay though we stayed there for 6 nights.(sigh) ”
