“El personal super amable. Rápidos, todos los días limpiaron el cuarto y serviciales preguntamos sobre dudas como lavandería y transporte y enseguida nos dieron respuesta. A una cuadra del metro que eso es una bendición, sin dudarlo me volvería a quedar.”
“It’s a good hotel and friendly front desk members. We love the great breakfast there and the bathtub in room007. Basically things are great. But we have one friend leave France early and we told front desk lady A to check her out, she says it’s nothing need to do or worry about. But when rest of us check out, the front desk lady B charge three more nights Paris’ tax on our bill. We tried to let her understand her college told us no need to do check out for her but now she says “there is no note……
“The staff were very very very friendly! They always provided necessary service and info timely.
Also, the hotel location is good, it will not take much time on foot to reach Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and good restaurants.
Briefly, I like the cozy hotel, and I will come back when I visit Paris!”
“Very comfortable room. Accommodating and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Loved the rooftop bar with great views. (The attached nightclub a little noisy, but didn’t bother us.). We did have to take the subway to most of the sites, and got a little frustrated with that because of trouble using our credit cards in the ticket machines, which kept asking for a pin.). We enjoyed our stay very much!!!! Thank you!”

The location is great, very close to the CDG shuttle, and there's a Monoprix right outside the entrance where you can buy food (but be aware it might close after 9 PM). Next door is the airport bus stop, with many buses going directly to the nearby Aeroville mall (which has a great supermarket). The room was a standard IBIS hotel, perfectly adequate. The highlight was the many wonderful lounge areas downstairs near the lobby, and the cafe next door even had a free microwave, perfect for reheating refrigerated lunch boxes bought at the airport. Oh, and there's also the Iwall virtual interactive game on the first floor, which was fun to watch many children playing. These are two key points that give IBIS a perfect score. Also, I'd like to add a point that other travelers might be interested in: luggage storage costs 12 euros per day. I didn't leave my luggage there.
One drawback is that the hairdryer in the bathroom is difficult to use. Although the air is hot enough, the handle becomes extremely hot and cannot be used.

"The location was extremely convenient, with a metro station next door and all major tourist attractions within walking distance. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast that offered a lot of options."
