“My family of 4 spent a long Easter weekend here - the house was perfect and owner super attentive. The location ( 4 houses from the beach and close to town) was phenomenal. We hope the house is available the next time we head down as we'd happily stay there again!”

“We had a great stay, and the location is unbeatable. There is a playground in the field right across the street, and the beach is a block away. Plus, there are enough restaurants nearby that you don’t have to walk to 96th street all the time. The place is super clean, cozy, and convenient. We loved the heated pool too, which is truly heated. We went in September and it was pretty chilly out but the pool felt like a bathtub! Check-in was quick and easy (I messaged the owner for the lockbox code……

“This condo was perfect for a four day trip with a toddler and infant. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay and the location was perfect. Being walking distance to the beach, a playground and a couple restaurants was very convenient. Parking was easy and the home is very well stocked.”

“I really liked the property so it had nothing to do with where I was staying. My husband had recently passed away and i thought if I could get away by myself it might help me adjust better. But I was wrong and it just made me feel worse. So I actually left on Sunday night. Maybe i can try it again next summer but your rental was just right for me. Thank you. I know they said no refunds but I was only there 2 days and I was hoping I could get a little bit back. I left it spotless and I know you……
