“The location is excellent and the house extremely comfortable with all the amenities you can ask for. My family stayed for a long weekend to celebrate their wedding anniversary and it could not have been more convenient. Easy access to the heart of Avalons business district. Quick walk to the beach with boardwalk access. It managed to fit everyone’s needs. Kimberly is a wonderful host and very easy with communication and clarification of all house instructions. Would book again.”

“Great location, very clean home, many antiques throughout the home. Oven was dirty, called but cleaning crew could not clean(too busy) deck was very old and needed to be replaced. You can see by the pictures on site. House is up for sale. We used the pool a lot. Big house for our family. Only has 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath. Large dining room and breakfast area. Great vacation in Avalon.”

“We had a great stay, and the location is unbeatable. There is a playground in the field right across the street, and the beach is a block away. Plus, there are enough restaurants nearby that you don’t have to walk to 96th street all the time. The place is super clean, cozy, and convenient. We loved the heated pool too, which is truly heated. We went in September and it was pretty chilly out but the pool felt like a bathtub! Check-in was quick and easy (I messaged the owner for the lockbox code……
