“We really enjoyed our stay. Richard was very responsive to any questions we had and his property felt like home. We loved the view! The king size bed was really comfortable and all the amenities were great! The only thing that needs a little upgrade is the golf cart, but it worked just fine and it was a plus to have! ”

“My son (9) and I had a magical trip to Catalina Island. The condo at Hamilton Cove was perfect for us to relax in between activities and feel at home with lots to do on the property. It was clean, and well-stocked with everything from beach toys to coffee. The electric golf cart was a big hit with my son. The views are breathtaking. Our host was responsive and helpful. All went according to plan and we'd be delighted to return again. Thanks to Rimas for a fantastic visit. ”

“We had a group of 10 including our immediate family and significant others, all adults, and stayed 3 nights. The property was in a great location overlooking the harbor. Walkable to everything.There are stairs to the property but we did not feel this was a problem. I had read that the deck was down the steps and shared, which is true, but the family room has windows all around which we opened and we felt like we were on a deck while inside, so we never used the actual deck.There are tenants in……

“Breathtaking views. The condo is a fantastic getaway. It feels like you are in a quaint foreign remote village. The property manager was incredibly responsive and offered many wonderful suggestions. The golf cart makes a perfect stay. Excellent WiFi and taking calls and meetings from the balcony made working on vacation not so bad. There are a lot of stairs, so keep that in mind while packing. Our only complaint is the air mattress had a slow leak and did not hold air. That is an easy fix and……
