“Overall the property was great! The layout was perfect, the lanai, living room, and kitchen were very spacious. Views are phenomenal and ease in to town in both the golf cart and when we chose to walk were easy and quick. There is is a stair case leading straight down to the main waterfront street a few doors down. The extent of kitchen equipment, dishes, etc were more than most rentals we have experienced. Only minor complain was the cleanliness in the details. Several dishes were dirty and the……

“This is our fourth time staying at this property and it never disappoints. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the location could not be better. The working wood-burning fireplace added extra ambience and allowed us to enjoy our evenings cozied up with a great book. “This property was perched atop a VERY steep hill but had some spectacular views. We enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was a total savior with how hilly everything was. The rental said it slept 8 but we didn’t realize until we got there that they had an air mattress there. We brought our own just in case but we’re happy to see it was provided. Opening the windows let in the most beautiful breeze. We all slept great and couldn’t wait to return after dinner and hang out together in the living……

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-located property. The proximity to the town and beach could not have been better. Our only complaint is that the listing of features was not accurate. The washing machine had been disconnected and was not available and there was no portable crib for the 2-yearold. Fortunately the property manager quickly delivered a Pack-N-Play.”

“Great stay. We cook so there were some useful things not present: Stirring spatulas, cheese grater. Not a big deal. We took out own knives. Loved the outdoor lights and the beautiful hot tub. so nice to have seating around the hot tub as well for those not wanting to go in. Our friends stayed at the Metropole and we hosted dinner for them the last night, Stove is terrific, Beds are comfortable and was so nice to have nice appliances, including the washer and dryer, The hosts repond……
