“I'll begin with why our overall score is good vs excellent (but do read to the end!): we arrived slightly ahead of schedule and waited over an hour (even with our calling) to be picked up by the driver we had arranged for with Las Clementinas. “The staff are very professional and friendly. It’s small hotel with an excellent location in Casco Viejo. All the amazing restaurants and, coffees walking distance. “We absolutely love this hotel. The staff were super nice, building was clean and our room was quite nice. The restaurants were also nice, and the food was well prepared. I would recommend to anyone and I would stay again. The bar served a signature drink that was smoked, I don't remember the name but it was delicious. There was an area near by about 4 block over that was heavily patrolled, and I believe this was for safety.”
