“This was a wonderful place to stay. I had a total knee replacement and need a place with no stairs, one level and easy to get to my vehicle. Everything was very nice inside and out. Allen was on hand if we needed anything. ”

“This apartment is conveniently located, near the interstate and not far from downtown Fort Wayne. Lots of restaurants, grocery, coffee options close by. Nicely appointed unit. The photos don't do it justice - larger than we expected. Two bedrooms each with separate bathroom (one has a tub!). One bedroom has a sleeping cot as extra twin bed. We found the building to be quiet. Very clean and they thought of everything for a comfortable stay.”

The views of the lake from the front of the apartment were gorgeous, great view while watching boats & jet skis go by and drinking morning coffee. Owner had great communication with us throughout the whole stay and was very nice as well! Highly recommend booking at this property!”

“The property was very comfortable and easy to get to. The owner was great and easy to work with. The only issue I had was the listing from Vrbo said it was located at Lake Wawassee but it is in town. This was not the owners issue as he contacted Vrbo once I sent him the screen shot from Vrbo. For me it wasn’t a big deal but could have been for someone else. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“Cozy apartment in a charming small town. Apartment is on a busy main road, but the bedroom is in the rear of the apartment and is insulated from traffic noise. Would recommend for a single person or couple.”
