“At check-in Keith was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. Hotel room was very neat and clean. Hotel bar/restaurant was a plus. Our waitress Missy was wonderful and super friendly. Overall great experience.”

“This unique property is close to dining as well as having Boom City Restaurant in the building. There is no front desk, but there is no need. Keypads in and out of building as well as your personal room. I can't say enough about City Hall Grand Hotel. ”

“Very quick check in and out. Pool was warm, hittib was not in service. Sufficient selection at breakfast, there was oatmilk available. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator. Hotel was not busy, Thursday, on Memorial day weekend. The only negative was the heater in the bedroom was very noisy, and we are light sleepers. It was cold for May a extra blanket would have been nice. Great location. ”

“It was standard as a hotel could be! Owner/Manager was fast on his job, and helped with a spare key when we left our key in the hotel room. Would say that big ac in the room 110 is insanely load but kept the room perfect during the winter. Also bathroom door tight so squeaks load too. Either way it was a nice stay and will see us again.”

“Everyone was very nice. Ralph is always a pleasure. Breakfast could be better. Having only real eggs every other day is not what I think of Marriott standards. Everything else is great. Great location. Look up parking situation if you have an unusual type of vehicle. They do work with you and other local properties to find you a spot.”
