“This cottage is RIGHT ON the water. It was perfect for a couple's getaway. The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed sitting in the sun porch with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The docks and deck were nice for fishing and for just sitting to enjoy the lake. And because the cottage is about 35 steps down from the road it was VERY quiet. My only complaint is with the management company and the fees. The listing said that linens and towels were included, but……

“We liked this place so much we’ve already decided to come back. Gorgeous open space LR/DR/Kitchen with a wall of windows onto the lake. Nice deck, a little stretch of beach, and three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. Kayaks in the garage, PennYan just minutes away (a cute town with lots to offer). The place has a cozy feel to it. It might be a bit noisy during the season, neighbors are quite close.”

“We loved this home for our stay in the finger-lakes. Lovely home, with everything you need. The big table and gas fire pit were wonderful for family games. Large kitchen that allowed us to work together in meal prep, made it easy. Definitely a home away from home!. ”

We had family over and they loved it. There is plenty of room for guests to visit. It’s so peaceful! We did not want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend!”

“Beautiful home in a gorgeous private lakeside lot. Landscaping was beautifully done! Enjoyed the nice sized dock for fishing. Also took the kayaks out. Close to Watkins Glen and wineries. Had a wonderful last big weekend with our kids and grands!”
