Come and spend your holidays at the "Casa degli amici", a small villa in the beautiful Avola Antica just 8 km from the beach of Avola, with a panoramic view of almost the whole province of Sr (Avola- Noto-Rosolini- Pachino- Ispica- Portopalo and Marzamemi).
It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday in close contact with nature, the villa is located only 2 km from the very famous Lagagretti di Cavagrande del Cassibile of considerable ecological importance, considered the deepest canyon in Europe, visited every from forty to fifty thousand tourists from all over the world. Avola is the perfect place to explore the exciting archaeological, naturalistic and enogastronomic itineraries of south-eastern Sicily. A few kilometers away you can visit: the baroque of Noto; the Vendicari nature reserve; the tourist resorts of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, as well as the city of Syracuse and, a little further on, the fascinating cities of Modica and Ragusa Ibla.
The villa, surrounded by garden and outdoor verandas (ideal spaces also for pets) and children's play area, is as follows: living room, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, wood-burning oven (separate from the house) .
It can accommodate up to 7 people (1 double bedroom with double bed and two bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 double sofa bed in the living room).
The owners, Lina and Enzo, will be happy to welcome you, your family or your friends, always remaining available for any information or service.
The area is served by restaurants, farms equipped with swimming pools and places to eat in which you can spend your time pleasantly breathing fresh and clean air.
The nature trails are managed by environmental associations that offer informative and organizational services.
