“In town one night and place was perfect for our needs”

“This property has lots of space for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Our grandson loved seeing the horses near the house and the geese and their babies by the lake.Aaron was very quick to respond when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Garden in bad condition, outlets not working, mattresses not comfortable ”

“The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. We got in Friday, got situated and went to dinner. Shortly after returning that night we noticed that the vent was blowing cold air and realized that the furnace wasn’t working, kind of an issue as it was the……

“I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the house, how exceptionally clean and welcoming it was. I was made to feel at home and the accommodations were exceptional. Cannot wait to stay again.”

“The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise……

“Property is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Only had two issues. Housekeeping had previously placed bed cover on floor when cleaning, then placed it on the bed. Causing the bed to have grass under the top cover. We shared with owner who called housekeeping immediately and even offered to make it up to us. The other was when the power went out the thermostat didn’t reset. Easily fixed. ”
