“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is peaceful and quiet. I only have the rental a 4 because a lot of windows were unlocked & it’s unclear if the door code is changed between rentals. Kitchen was well stocked & beds were comfy. (One soft one firm) If the code isn’t reused, I would come back. Great location for brown co. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the house, how exceptionally clean and welcoming it was. I was made to feel at home and the accommodations were exceptional. Cannot wait to stay again.”

“The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. We got in Friday, got situated and went to dinner. The owner is very thoughtful, the amenities, Christmas decorations, games, dishes, pots and pans, extra pillows and blankets were beyond my expectations. We enjoyed the visit. “This property is perfect for a couple or even a small family. Although the neighborhood may seem a bit unsafe and questionable, the property will not disappoint. The home and its essentials were thought out very well. Every time I had a question or concern, the owner would get back to me almost immediately. It’s an accommodation most rental owners don’t give, and I deeply appreciated it. Its close proximity to the Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown Indianapolis makes it a perfect location to reach……
