“The manager was very nice and accommodating. Made sure our stay was pleasant. Location was convenient to where we wanted to be. Good for a larger group of people since has two bedrooms and a kitchen. TV has about 5 japanese channels to watch, but we were not there to watch TV so did not spend much time watching. Rooms were clean and presentable. Washer worked good and had a dedicated room area to dry hanging clothes in the apartment.”

“初めキーロックシステムがうまく作動しなかったが、電話連絡でですぐに対応してくれた。直前の予約だったがメール連絡の返信が早くて良かった。掃除は行き届いており、タオルやミネラルウォーターなどもあって助かった。エレベーターや廊下、トイレなど古い建物独特の匂いはするが寝室は問題なかった。値段相応だと思います。”

“２０１８年も８月に利用しました。その際も大変よかったのですが、変わらず大変コストパフォマンスの良いお宿です。海水浴場に近い立地、古き良き佇まいでありながら、ふるさを感じさせない清潔感（虫もいません）、気前のよく気の利くオーナー様などなど…行楽シーズンに誰にも気を使わずにゆっくりできる場所だと思います。去年からの比較です・シャンプーとコンディショナーがとても薄かったです。前の方のいたずらかな…？・冷蔵庫がひとまわり小さくなっていました。バーベキューをする方は要注意です。ちなみに、駅から歩くにはちょっとしんどい距離なので、もし淡輪でレンタカーを探しているのであれば、一つ先のみさき公園駅に送迎に来てくれる格安レンタカー会社（キャルレンタカー岬石油）があるのでおすすめです。車があると買い出しも楽です（一番近いスーパー：トライアル阪南店）”

“Nice apartment & great location literally 100m from the beach/supermarket & 200m from the main bus station. On the downside, bit noisy with the footsteps of the ppl above & street traffic (esp early morning). Still a pretty good option though. ”

“It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. Fortunately there are 3 Japanese youth guests came out and help us to call the CS,finally we got my villa Password.We appreciated their help and stayed with us in the cold weather almost an hour. "Good location. Easy to go airport, outlet and 24 hours supermarket. There is free shuttle to airport but only until 8:55am. There is luggage locker in hotel which is excelllent! "
