“It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. "Good location. Easy to go airport, outlet and 24 hours supermarket. There is free shuttle to airport but only until 8:55am. There is luggage locker in hotel which is excelllent! "
