“Beautiful, clean, great service - would happily return ”

“Wow—what can I say (or not say!) about Hotel Teresa? Our room was on the top floor with a massive sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and a table for outdoor dining—though we didn’t use it much because there were so many great food options along the port! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine “welcome home.” Being Easter weekend, the island was buzzing, which only added to the experience. The port was alive with energy—church bells echoed across town,……

“This is a very nice hotel overall (close to town, beautiful grounds, wonderful staff) but it is located on a busy street with ongoing two-wheeler traffic, and the neighbor's dog who barks in the middle of the night. It took us ear plugs and sleeping pills in order to fall asleep. I want to reiterate how nice Maria and her staff was, but the fact remains that if you can't sleep while on vacation, it's a problem!”

“Excellent location. Right on the harbour front with a very short walk from the ferries and water taxis. Check-in was easy and all the staff were amazing. Breakfast was OK but was included in the cost of accommodation. Really good bar outside of hotel overlooking the harbour. A great base if you're staying on the Island. We really enjoyed our stay which was enhanced by the staff.”

“Spetses Hotel was amazing!!! Our room was incredibly clean with all the necessary amenities and the view was spectacular. We went during May which is their off season so it was daily quiet, perfect for some R&R. The hotel staff were so friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Due to the fact that it was quiet we got table service instead of a buffet style breakfast and the food was quick and delicious. 10/10 would stay here again. Spetses as an island is small but one of the best Greek Islands……

“Lovely hotel right by the sea. Easy to get to from boat and right near lovely streets with shops and restaurants. Room was lovely, bed really comfortable and breakfast was a bonus. Would definately recommend”

“Everything was perfect. Sitting on the front veranda was heavenly, both in the morning enjoying the sumptuous breakfast buffet, and in the evening with a glass of wine looking out at the sea. And I really can't say enough about the staff -- everybody was super helpful and friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend this wonderful hotel in every way.”

“Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren komplett alleine, deshalb war bei Frühstück die Auswahl etwas eingeschränkt, aber die Perle, die uns versorgt hat war ein sehr freundlicher Schatz. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Für die Nachhaltigkeit haben wir eine kleine Anmerkung. Den ganzen Tag liefen überall die Lichter. Hier haben könnte sicher Energie gespart werden.”

“The hotel was awesome, front desk was just pathetic asked questions in regards to ferries and they said IDK I speak and understand Greek too. I heard they will be renovating and re naming the hotel and they are making another one down the road. Hope they put better pp at the front desk. As for the rest of the staff, cleaning lady and staff in the breakfast area. Amazing ! ”
