“Excellent hotel, helpful & friendly staff. Food very good - great breakfast and good variety of evening restaurants. Walking distance to Elounda town for local restaurants and bars, and boat trips. We would definitely recommend and go back in the future. Maybe not ideal for those with limited mobility as large and spacious hotel on a number of levels with limited lift access.”

“Hôtel familial au personnel extrêmement sympathique, et francophone ! Il est tres bien situé a 5 mn a pieds du centre (lac). Très propre, disposant d'un ascenseur. La chambre (201) donne une magnifique vue sur la mer et l'île juste en face, avec une belle terrasse, bien orientée pour en profiter dès l'après-midi. Les équipements sont un peu vieillots mais fonctionnels. La clim meriterait une petite réparation car 2 volets sur les trois sont cassés et il est difficile dorienter le debit d'air.……

“My wife and I had a lovely stay, the concierge at arrival was very polite and helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us, we had everything we needed for our stay in the room, including a safe and air conditioning, the views from our room over the harbour were lovely. My wife and I would most definitely go back there to stay, and I would like to say the staff are a credit to the owners of the apartments as they do a fantastic job and are very friendly and welcoming ”

“A wonderful hotel. Great staff. The location and grounds are lovely. Pools are so perfectly maintained with plenty of sun chairs. We used the fitness center, which you can reserve. It has everything you need for a good workout. Seafront restaurants are a short walk away. The Cretan House was our favorite. Right on the harbor with impressive food. Also liked the easy parking. If you drive in Crete you know what that means. Our 4 night stay was a highlight of our 6 week trip around Crete. Highly……

Our only slight disappointment was that the villas were 3 miles away from where Expedia said they were!! The staff were extremely helpful to assist us in communicating with Expedia however. ”
