“Amazing hotel, staff were outstanding. My only feedback is that the food in the buffet restaurant is a bit hit and miss quality wise. Will definitely come back here next time Im in Crete.”

“Beautiful salt water infinity pool, the view was fabulous. A great deal, the room and grounds could use some care, peeling paint, weeds, etc. the staff did not know about local weavers on the island. I tried to find them while I was there, but later on the plane found an article!! I would suggest tours of the local area through the front desk.”

“Great hotel. We had a room with a private pool. And it was very large and the outdoor area was even bigger. Hôtel restaurant was probably the worst part of the stay and it wasn’t even bad just much better dining options in town. Town is a little bit of a walk. But very doable. Great hotel”

“Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeption hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, der Wunsch wurde uns sofort erfüllt. Wir fanden die Musik am Pool sehr gut. ”

“ Great location and service, but choose your room wisely Kitro Beach Hotel is ideally located right by the sea — the view is wonderful, and you can enjoy the beach just steps away. The breakfast is delicious and very generous, with plenty of variety. The staff are kind, welcoming, and very professional. However, the “economy” room is quite small for two adults. It’s manageable for a short stay, but for more comfort, I would recommend booking a superior room instead. Overall, a lovely hotel……

“Absolutely stunning and perfect luxury hotel. Has everything you need, the facilities and space look and feel great. Staff is second to none and food was terrific. The highlight is the private beach and perfect view of Spinalonga. ”

“Amazing views, great facilities, lovely staff and atmosphere. A few tiny things would really excel the hotel to a more luxurious stay (turn down service, kettle in room, upgraded gym equipment and welcome drink. ”

“Wir kamen abends nach 22 Uhr an. Der Empfang an der Reception war eher distanziert und kühl. Ausserdem gab es keine Möglichkeit mehr etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Die Anlage und das Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Badewanne war allerdings ziemlich abgenutzt.”

“Super schöne Hotelanlage mit gepflegtem Garten. Restaurant war sehr gut und Einrichtung Apartment war auch gut. Maria und Giannis sind hilfsbereit. Nähe zu Strand und Zentrum Malia ist praktisch. Apartment wurde jeden 2. Tag geputzt, aber trotzdem war es etwas staubig unter Betten und hinter Sofa.”
