“This property was exactly as described and provided all of the basics. It was a good location with easy access to public transit to the city. Great place to stay if you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep with a small group. Would stay again! ”

“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that……

“From booking to actual stay it has been amazing! We came for a Hen Do and were not disappointed. 5 stars and even the beautiful photos don't do this house justice, it is stunning! All the girls had a fab time and with ubers and abbey wood station just down the road you can get into central London in 40 minutes. Petra is a superhost. Always replying quickly and no question was too much to ask. I truly hope we have the opportunity to come back and stay for even longer! ”

“I chose this property because of transport convenience and price. Underground & train station are 2 minutes walk away, supermarket is right next door. Abbey Wood is a depressed and depressing location (apart from the beautiful woodland & ruined abbey nearby) - but this is not the property's fault. Apartment needed more kitchen items - knives, teaspoons, crockery. Carpet in main bedroom is quite damaged & there were minor maintenance & cleanliness issues. There is no on-site carparking at……

“Hidden gem is just that a hidden gem, it's location is easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, pub, the beach and much more. It's quiet enough with maybe a little noise from passing traffic, it's compact but comes with enough space for what you need and I couldn't have asked for a better host, communication was brilliant and she was happy to help with any issues I may have had. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near the seaside.”
