“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite……

“We always enjoy our stay at Dunes Village! The room we stayed in had a good view of the ocean, was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. “Stayed for a week with my husband and two teenage boys. Was a little disappointed with the outdated and run down room. Bathroom sink clogged on day one, informed the rental agent but they never fixed it. Had 3 men shaving and all of us brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink. Big hole in one wall. Jacuzzi tub lol, I didn’t want to soak my toes in it, never mind my butt! But, we were there for the beach so we made the best of it. Beautiful view of the beach, pools were clean and grounds were nice.……

“Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, softest towels I have ever dried off with, and location was very quiet. Maintenance was quick to unstop bathroom drain. Master bath was tiny in comparison to most. Shower was large enough to accommodate larger than life person, so it worked. Across the street from the beach, but no buildings to block view.
