“This hotel smells good and is clean. I have had two different stays. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great oceanfront views from the balcony. It provides breakfast passes for each guess per day. The restaurant is just steps away and the breakfast is buffet however the public doesn’t fix their own plate which is a plus( more sanitary). “Enjoyed my stay. Parking wasn’t always great but normally ok. Many restaurants nearby. Room was small but sufficient, balcony was great, loved watching beach and ocean all hours of day and night.”

“We always enjoy our stay at Dunes Village! The room we stayed in had a good view of the ocean, was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. I do wish the rooms had a window that faces outside instead of the hallway, but that isn’t something that can be changed, and it didn’t affect our trip. ”

“I loved staying in the West Building! Room was clean, cozy and quiet enough that I slept great, plus it was an easy stroll to the Rose Room for breakfast each morning (lots of yummy options). The check-in/out processes were also a breeze thanks to Dayton House's virtual kiosk (still a live attendant), which I appreciated when the front desk was busy.
