“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“We were in town for FW Stock Show and The Stockyard Exchange was a great place to stay! There is a lot of personality in this 3 bedroom house. It was fun to learn more about some of the antiques and unique decorations. It’s an older home with modern updates. Beds were comfy, coffee was stocked and it was conveniently located to many places while keeping us in a neighborhood setting. Our hosts were great with communication and responsive if we needed help with something. ”

“This home was fully stocked and spacious for us. We had co workers get together for a Christmas party. Everyone had room to spread out and enjoy everything it had to offer! ”

“Nice, clean upkeep. The game room was fun. Appliances were clean and up to date. Really enjoyed being close to the Stockyards and good restaurants. Enjoyed the jacuzzi! Most definitely returning for a longer pool experience with the warmer weather to come.”

“Sam was a great host and Roy was a wonderful property manager. They both provided quick responses. The house was clean and very spacious. The house was very secure with cameras and a large gate. The two car garage was a huge plus. The house was only a quick 15 minute drive to many of our favorite places in Fort Worth. ”

“Home is AMAZING! Area is beautiful! Information you need to know: a very limited amount of towels are provided (maybe 8 towels are there), and there are no toiletries, except for some toilet paper. We had to buy towels after we got there. There are some things that need to be fixed (loose faucet in mid-level bathroom, door knob to the bunk room came off), but overall, I would love to stay there again!!! There is a short walk to the water front. The property line prevents you from accessing the……
