“Beautiful hotel and excellent location! ”

“NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..”

“We stayed in the Azul room with balcony, which was nice. Although we could hear people in the hallway and going up the stairs, we didn’t hear anyone else when they were in their rooms, not even the family with a baby. Breakfast was simple and a nice way to start the day. One problem with our room was a broken latch on the balcony door, so we heard street noise all night. My only other criticism was the $15 charge for pickup from the airport, which is less than 5 minutes from the hostal. We also……
