“The location is fantastic, with the tramway stop right in front of the door, making it easy to get around. Just two blocks away is the main square, Calderón, which offers a vibrant atmosphere. There are plenty of eating options just steps away, making meals very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One highlight was the breakfast room on the 9th floor, where I enjoyed great views of the city while dining. It really made the experience……

“Fabulous location in the historic centro. Unfortunately, very noisy with street noise late into the night. Our room smelled a bit, though it was very clean. Staff very helpful and good service. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant very good, though it was pretty mych the same every day. Overall a good stay in a superb location.”

“We took an impromptu trip to the Cajas and fell in love with this property. We had a big group of 5 and they accommodated us with ease. It was easy to book, beautiful property, quiet, and so much nature. The workers were so nice and helpful. So many amazing people working together to make this place run. We did on site fishing which was so fun for the kids. The restaurant was warm and welcoming and the food was great. The view was even better. This location is amazing and I highly recommend it.……

“First time in Cuenca, so I wasn't sure what sort of place the Hotel Azul would be. Boy, was I in for a pleasant surprise! Nothing over the top, but all aspects of this cozy place impressed me. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the city and strong/ consistent Wi-Fi. The location is great -- a short walk down to the river or quick stroll to the city center (although there are plenty of affordable and tasty restaurants within a stone's throw). But the best part of Hotel……

“The property was great due to how close it was to the central part of the city. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The only thing was you needed to be buzzed into the hotel after past 10pm. You would need for someone to let you in from the street after 10pm. ”

“NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..”
