“All of the staff were fantastic. But one person especially stood out. The social hour was particularly busy with huge crowds. At a couple of minutes before the buffet was due to close and the staff was starting to clear up things 2 women walked up and started through the line. Penny, one of the ladies managing the food bar, very graciously handed the ladies their plates and smiled sweetly. Penny is a jewel. BTW, she was back smiling the next morning. ”

“The hotel was great for traveling to the airport. Near a huge mall with plenty of food options. Never got a text saying my room was ready until after I checked in. Bed was the best hotel bed I've ever spept in”
