“房间的淋浴器有点问题”

“I don’t know why, but my room didn’t have heating, so I woke up from the cold in the middle of the night.”

“The room was good and clean. There was a problem with the shower (water squirting out from the control and by the shower head. Mentioned it to the front desk and they had someone work on it which improved it. The staff was friendly. There are several restaurants nearby. ”

“Lately, I think all us older generation feel for the way corporate America runs their retail/chain hotels. It seems to me that only having one manager on the floor after normal daytime hours is really lacking responsibility when it comes to customer service and security/safety. The manager assisted in giving me the item that was missing in my room. He offered to bring it up for me. But being that it was in at the time that the office starts to get last minute registration requests, I felt he was……

“All of the staff were fantastic. But one person especially stood out. The social hour was particularly busy with huge crowds. At a couple of minutes before the buffet was due to close and the staff was starting to clear up things 2 women walked up and started through the line. Penny, one of the ladies managing the food bar, very graciously handed the ladies their plates and smiled sweetly. Penny is a jewel. BTW, she was back smiling the next morning. ”
