“The front desk lady was a young woman with long black hair I can’t quite remember her name but she had the prettiest smile and the BEST customer service, she made sure someone would be there late to check us in and was wonderful to check out with the next morning, she remembered me and made sure to ask how my check in and night went. “Hotel is fine, my issue is with Expedia. I booked a room April 21st for 202 total taxes in. I asked if it could be changed to a room with two beds on April 22nd and it was apparently available and the reservation changed. Without reading the whole bloody reservation I missed the fact that the room price was almost double what I had signed up for - it was now a total of $349. I am completely ticked off with Expedia and about done with them.”
