“Our room was clean and spacious although we would have preferred 1 queen bed. We like that they provided rubber slippers instead of the cloth ones and their wifi has a fast connection. They also assisted us for our luggages from when we arrived until checking out.The free buffet breakfast was really nice, there were many Vietnamese dish selections so we were excited to try them all and they taste very good!”

“I think that if you love camping and don't mind seeing some tiny flying critters in the room, this is a great place for you. The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). The host booked a tour for me for the same morning.”

“We've stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because it's very close for visiting family and friends, and partly because the city of Bien Hoa lacks choice where hotel accommodation is concerned. There is no lift but there are only two floors and the stairs are very wide and shallow. The rooms are large, very clean, but fairly basic; the beds are very comfortable with beautfully clean bed linen. Television reception isn't great, internet connection is usually adequate but does go down……

Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels).”

“Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. ”

“Our host Wah couldn't have been more hospitable and friendly. The room was airconditioned on arrival, the bed was very comfortable and room clean and spacious. We had bicycles to use to meander into the main city via a quite back road. Wah helped us with booking tix for the car and our bus journey to our next location. Definately loved loved this stay.”
