“This was the perfect homestay while visiting Phong Nha. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. You are still near all the reatiraunts but far enough to not have to hear cars and motorbikes all day and night. The staff was also 5 star. ”

“I think that if you love camping and don't mind seeing some tiny flying critters in the room, this is a great place for you. The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). The host booked a tour for me for the same morning.”

“Beautiful family farm next to a small lake. The owners were friendly and helped us with recommendations for where to go in the area and rented us a motorbike. Food at the restaurant was good and the evening vibes were lovely. Overall an excellent place to stay!”

“Great Location, near many restaurants and close to tourist information and the river boat station. Lovely pool and staff were excellent. We had an early start and they prepared a lovely take away breakfast without us even asking. Would recommend.”

“Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels).”

“Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. ”

“Our stay here was wonderful. Quiet, nice bed, you can use their bikes to explore. I can’t say enough about the staff. They got us breakfast early and told us we are welcome to use the shower when we were done with our trek. When we went outside by the pool to have a drink at night, they turned on all the string lights just for us. ”

The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. ”

“The landlady was super nice helped us a lot for getting around town and suggestions on what to do. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Only downside is we reneged a motorbike but had no gas in it so we had to go to the station to buy some and it wasn’t included in the price. Other than that perfect ”
