“By far the worst place I’ve stayed at in Bali, the price was worth a great villa booking elsewhere! Newly established however not entirely finished. Corridor and rooms etc. Smart home/digitally controlled by app however too many malfunctions. Lights not turning off even with the control in the room. Aircon drips water. Room not cleaned beforehand. No toilet paper, no hair dryer no soap etc Fridge stopped working after random power outage. Said they will send their engineer to fix, never did.……

“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I……
