Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. “Overall a really nice and new place. Very nicely done - and the on-site staff are great. What makes my experience less than perfect is the communication. I received messages from a bunch of different numbers - all of them in charge of something different. That meant that it was impossible for me to know who to contact for cleaning etc. And replies was always very late. That communication structure makes absolutely NO sense. I needed a late check-out due to my travel plans, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to check out much later than the official time, which was a huge help. “We really enjoyed our stay here. The studio apartment has everything you need even a washing machine. There is a pool and reception is 24 hrs. The staff are beautiful and very friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants are a 5 minutes walk away and the beach is 10 minutes. The price to stay here is very good. The only thing I would say is that when it rains the road floods and you literally have to walk through ankle deep puddles but it's ok and quite funny 😂”
